there and BW were fantastic. Great region, mostly good Pokemon, cool story, etc.

Pretty nice. GF kinda "proved" at least to themselves with BW1&2 that they can make Pokémon games with some story focus if they want to.

Best games in the main line series. Solid story, superb gameplay and introduction of a plethora of good mechanics. Seemingly endless post game content to keep you entertained. Over all amazing games.

... And then gen 6 happened.

Despite BW2 being the best set of all gens, gen 5 had the worst new pokes by far (especially the legendaries)

Best games, bit slow in the early parts but the best post game ever.

Playing W2 right now. Even though the region is pretty linear, it's really enjoyable.
But honestly, I liked BW more. Maybe because of the all-new mon cast and the story feeling complete without sequels/prequels.

I think BW were better for the main game, especially on a blind run with the whole new pokedex, but BW2 were better for replays and end game content

Pokestar studios was pretty fun once you realised it was a puzzle game using pokemon moves to get the weird endings
