Alright /vp/, recently I've gotten in collecting cards and I've had decent luck with a tin and a variety of single booster packs. Does anyone know which series of packs (primal clash vs roaring skies vs breakout, etc.) has the best pull rate for URs in general? Not looking for specific cards.

I pulled 3 Sylveon EXs and a full art holo Zapdos from the Blastoise box and 2 Flareon EXs from the Charizard Box. However I pulled a Mega Mewto EX from a single BREAKthrough booster, so who knows. I feel like the Generations box sets are stacked since they're collector's series, but to say one line of boosters has a higher draw rate kind of defeats the purpose of boosters imo.
