To start, let's spitball some ideas. Should we do a dex based on a certain country/state?

If anybody is up for a challenge to start the dex off I recently learned about the "three sisters". It could make a cute three stage grass Pokémon or a set of three two-stage Pokémon that are all dual typed. (like the elemental monkeys)

Scandinavian/Sub-arctic tundra themed region and dex. We can base the name off of the people who lived north of the Baltic sea during the middle ages. Balts and Vikings had loads of excellent folklore surrounding Lapland--the extreme north sub-arctic.

How about these guys? Working on a redraw of them. I was working on a Polar region, and I was having a fun time coming up with a polar biome that didn't have to be full of only ice types. I got the idea for these specifically from watching orcas that hunt using waves and coordination to hunt seals on the ice. They're basically IRL sea monsters. I didn't think of it until after, but walestrom could be redesigned to look more like a basilosaurus and less like a plesiosaur

Mid stage for the cat could be based on a fishing cat, but with a hook-tipped tail and webbed claws, and then the final evo being a literal sea lion. Huge, roaring, teeth, mane, dorsal fin, webbed claws, harpoon tail, the whole nine yards.

Just had an idea to go with this. It's a secondary bird, like Fearow and Pelipper: A willow warbler/carrion crow mix that attacks crops, and evolves into a bearded vulture that steals the chicken's first and mid stages from farms. The chicken's last stage hunts the crow and scares away the vulture.

Conceptualizing water cat here. First stage will be a puffy kitten, somewhere between a harp seal pup, a fluffy white housecat, and a snow leopard cub. It'll be baby blue with some kind of bubble/snowball motif. Second stage will go more sleek embracing the snow leopard seal combo, while the final will be a literal sea lion with a cascading mane of waves and saber teeth like a smilodon or walrus, perhaps made of ice. All three will remain quadrupedal.

There's this one Pokemon idea I've had for awhile, but I'm no good at drawing so I've never put it to paper.

First stage is a little rectangular creature that looks somewhat like a television remote. It points the LED-looking gem on its head at prey and beams disorienting images directly into their brains to sicken them.

Second stage is a bigger creature that looks like a television, complete with bunny ear antennae, only the "screen" is one big hypnotic eye. It entrances viewers and eats their thoughts, rendering them temporarily mindless, drooling simpletons.

Both Psychic/Poison.
