I imagine that fighting this thing would be very unpleasant. Like you'd try punch this psychedelic fish and it would just float out of reach and start grinding its teeth. You'd reach for your ears as the grinding sound seems to become louder and more unbearable. This would only work to increase the sound. The grinding is in your head, and you are under psychic attack. As you realize this and try to rise, you'd open your eyes to see lurid pink, blue and yellow hues swimming across your vision, disorienting and nauseating you. You'd fall unconscious soon after, wracked with headaches.
