Great idea, crap infrastructure.

Also it got very boring with nothing but pidgeys and rattatas. That's why I have to invent my own little speed game challenges in order to keep it interesting. Kind of like the beautifully addictive turn-restricted mechanic of Kingdom of Loathing, see how quickly you can get to say level 20 in the least number of battles.
