No. Drampa is a wise old elder dragon, having gone blind from years within a cave, honing its skills. Goodra is a doughy eyed, overly inflated disappointment which evolved from a dragon snail.

The "height" measurements are from head to tail. Drampa has a long neck, it's probably only 5ft tall in reality.

I never much cared for garchomp, but since they put it in pokken its grown on me.
The way it moves and attacks, the sharkiness, it's pretty neat. Still kinda ugly, but neat all the same.
