It's pointless leveling up or evolving until you hit level 20 OP. Just leave them, you'll end up finding better ones eventually anyway.

Not with that attitude you won't. At this point, if you aren't above 20 you won't ever be competitive regardless. Start grinding son, or just focus on collecting.

Honest wait until you have 10 or so different mons that will evolve into something you don't have, then pop a luck egg and evolve them. You'll jump level fast and then see better ones spawn.
