If they just had a PR guy say "we understand, there are a lot of issues because of a higher than expected volume. We are working on stabilizing the servers and the service. Thank you for your patience."

Instead we get "lol text issues fixed"

on the upside, those of us who are still playing aren't seeing as many server issues anymore.
