You need to put down the bottle.
>>27349871
it's not a step down, it's designed to be a dragon dancer
it just so happens that dd tar is mediocre this gen

Pupitar stomach/10
As one of my favorites.
the tail could be longer and little less egg shaped.
>>27349736
Larvitar and family are my personal favorites so I'm a little biased, but 10/10.
I wish there was more Larvitar fan art

Arguably the best pokemon design.

I like it a lot, but what are those openings supposed to be? I mean, they aren't actually openings, but they're something. Like just deep markings.
I like them a lot if they're just extra flair.
Love the mega more, it's just so over the top which is sweet. Looks like a big ol godzilla boy
10/10
Mega is 6/10

Tyranitar is /vp/'s favorite pseudo.

/thread
It's not even in my top 100 and even I agree it's a perfectly designed Pokémon
>>27351858
Finally a day in which /vp/ didn't have shit taste.
a pokemon that's powerful and also good in design, an ability that makes it even more threatening and also a dark typing that makes it a true badass
plus larvitar is cute

Love that you can see Pupitar's shell on Tyranitar's midriff.
Mega doesn't look as good, but isn't bad either.

Regular ttar is trick room curse

Rhyperior though, with weakness policy, sandstorm, and Rock polish... Unf

Think of that as where the same comes from
>that moment when you realize that Tyranitar's distinctive chest marks are actually remnants of Pupitar's orbits
10/10, intelligently chosen evolution design
Never used one, probably never will, but I have to admit it's pretty much a perfect design.
What could you possibly do to improve on it? I can't think of anything.
>>27354653
probably because you're not a character designer and have known it for most of your life
10/10, he's based and probably a bro
>>27349736
10/10 was my previous No.1 favorite until Hydreigon came along. Still love Pokezilla though.
>>27354665
Yeah but think about it. It looks very accurate to its Godzilla inspiration. Has the perfect amount of grooves, spikes and details for it to stand out without coming across as overdesigned. It's chest is reminiscent of its previous form, making it feel like a natural and well thought-out evolution. The black holes are well placed and designed, and help it stand out really well against similar Godzilla-inspired concepts.
I just think it's perfect as it is.
Are there any games where I can get a Larvitar/Pupitar by Gym 6 at the latest? Preferably way before that?
I want to know if there is yet a game where you can have a Tyranitar comfortably on your team during a normal playthrough, without trading or cheating one in.
