Johto starters please.
Grass/Fire Sunflora.
~~Bug/Fighting Huge Power Ledian.~~
Fire/Steel Magcargo.
Water/Fairy Lumineon.
I can't think of anything for Unova since a lot of them seem to perform their current roles well.
Maybe Volcarona with Dazzling would be neat.

Eelektross, definitely. I think they really wanted it to be better than it is.

Hypno, Dewgong, some of the fossil Pokemon. Could see Arcanine getting one as well.

Zoroark, Dragonite (maybe), more Gen 5 Pokémon, Sinnoh legends should have Primal Reversions + Mega or Primal Arceus, and buffs for Giratina Formes. I guess these aren't really "good" opinions but it's just my wishlist for this emerging new era.
