>They think FireRed/LeafGreen counts as Gen 1 games
/vp/ is full of underage/barely legals who played those as their first Kanto experience, what did you expect?
>>27330590
>FR/LG came out 12 years ago
>People who started out with them are at least 20 years old now
>Underage
>>27330688
I'm 21 and first played Blue and first owned Silver.
>>27330688
I mean people who started when they were 6 or under.
/vp/ help, I can't convince my friend FRLG are gen 3 games because his argument is it's 99% the same as Red/Blue
I argued it has Gen 3 moves and abilitys and the Pokedex goes up to Gen 3 Pokemon, he then argues that it's not 3rd gen and is just 1.5 or something since it's an updated version
>>27330688
>everyone plays pokemon at 8 years old like some hogwarts shit
>he thinks he can ever not be underage if he didn't start playing pokemon before gen 2 was out
this always makes me laugh
johtoddlers never learn
They were made during gen 3, so they're gen 3 games
>>27330545
Honestly this was what most people thought until HG/SS announcement
>>27330729
I'm 31, I played them back when they were the only choice we had.
>They think there's only one Pokemon canon
>>27330545

>>27330729
