You can't fix all 6 IVs no matter what you do. 130 sounds like a lot of tries to have a natural 6IV happen though - are you sure one of them is holding a Destiny Knot? If not it needs to be and then all offspring will be at least 4IV.

In the Gen 7 games, there will be a feature called hyper training that allows you to change the IV's of a pokemon using a special item. The requirement to use this item is that your pokemon must be at lvl100.

I say IV breeding is more efficient because it takes less time(less than an hour for me to get a perfect 5iv in my experience), while it takes hours or even a whole day just to grind all the way to 100.

Now, would you rather go through tedious level grinding for every single mon? Or breed which will most likely take less time?

Actually Mega Garde gets a +10 to attack. Point is OP, there's literally no point to having perfect ivs in the offensive stat you'll never use. Hell, for special attackers like Gardevoir, having a perfect attack stat is worse because Swagger and Foul Play cause more damage.

Depends. Simple 5iv Pokemon? Yeah, breeding is faster, but then you get into stuff like Hidden Abilities with 12.5% female ratios and 6iv Pokemon (mixed attackers), where it may well be quicker to hatch a somewhat decent one and then grind it and hyper train it.
Then you get hidden powers. This will definitely make it easier. Using N's Pokemon from BW2 memory link you can breed for the 30s and then bump the others up to 31. Hyper training is fucking useful.
