Base sceptile is the worst grass starter.
I have a monotype team with all the grass starters and sceptile is the most useless.
It's abillity is useless.
Typing is useless due to it's lack of bulk and higher (but not high enough) offenses
Doesn't preform well in synergy with the other grass starters
Even torterra is good as a talonflame killing focus sash set
Meganium is in PU and it's still better
Tl;dr sceptile sucks
