The grayed out Pokemon are actually not completely gray, but rather show the full details muted out. If you look closely, you can make out meowth and jigglypuff's details. This ditto on the other hand is just pure gray. Come on, you didn't even try. You could have at least used the image and put an semi transparent gray layer over it.
