Bubble Shield: Blocks all status moves, but pops when attacked. (kind of like an air balloon)
Whisker Nip: Boosts the critical hit ratio of Meowth, Persian, Skitty, Delcatty, Glameow, Purugly, Purrloin, and Liepard by one stage.
Mossy Coat: Halves damage from one Water or Grass attack, but will double damage from one Fire attack.
Referral: Diverts all attacks to an ally on the holder's first active turn.

Dynamic Entry: Auto Fake out on entrance
Secret Pockets: Auto Leftovers
Sleep it Off: Pokemon will automatically use rest once if HP drops below 1/4th
Blocking Hands: Def and SP Def increase to 1.5 after consuming held item.
Sedimentary Armor: Def and Sp Def increase one stage for each entry Hazard
Iron Gut: All consumed items heal the user by 30 hp on top of the intended effect.

Pokémon's stat changes are hidden and go unmentioned.
If it used Ancient Power and all of its stats went up one stage, the opponent would not be notified. Useful now that the bottom screen will be keeping track of stat changes.

A hold item that gives a Pokemon both of its abilities at once

Hold item that counts down from 3. Every turn it goes down by 1. Once it hits 0, it exploded and does damage to the holder equal to the holder's health divided by 2. The fuse resets upon switching, but doesn't reset upon trick.
