Went back and played some mini games with friends today, and afterwards we kept trying the gym leader challenge. Made it to the elite four and this shit is like the battle Maison of 2000.

Any team recommendations, either rental only or custom trained. It'd probably be a fun little nostalgia trip to play through gen 2 then use the team to beat this game too.

I managed to beat all the day cups with rental pokemons only, but couldn't do the night cups

I feel that for sure OP I've been trying to beat round 2 on stadium and it sucks using only rentals since my red and yellow carts both don't have any high level pokemon

Too bad I can't use my VC red version on my 3ds
