Hello, here is the format for the squirtle give away.

You may request any moveset to go with this squirtle that isn't an egg move or is illegal. Remember: Follow me is NOT an egg move, so this squirtle is not a breeding one, but can be used to breed, just dont expect follow me babies.

Indeed it is very useful competitively, however, the squirtle will not have a pentagon for tournaments in real life.

Blastoise follow me, when using a bulky build, is highly resilient and useful in doubles. A blastoise follow me and a glass cannon pokemon like rampardos are useful. It allows rampardos to keep killing, while blastoise with leftovers simply gets small hp losses and gains it back. very powerful when you use it properly
