I wouldn't be surprised if it evolved into a mantis shrimp. Isopods and stomatopods share the same class within the Crustacean subphylum. Furthermore, seeing Wimpod evolve into a larger isopod would be boring whereas it evolving into a Mantis Shrimp would be badass as hell.
