I'm assuming Drampa will be this gens pseudo so giving him 600 base stats. It doesn't look very offensively threatening so I think it'll be bulky as fuck. Tell me if I made him too bulky.

And where did this "Drampa is the pseudo-legendary" meme come from? The past two gens, the first Dragon-type revealed hasn't been the pseudo (Axew and Noivern, for those who can't remember), so why would they go ahead and just spoil the final member of the pseudo legendary line this early?

Using Noivern's BST of 535 and scaling your base stats by a proportional amount
(basically multiplying your stats by .9, because 535/600 = .9, and then rounding the result, then tweaking to get a 535 total)
