Wrinkles are a preference, there are artists that overdo it however and it looks bad.

I don't really mind dirt if it isn't overpowering and rather serves to accent the feet.

I like scent aspect of feet, preferably a natural smell, but the stink clouds are a turn off. I like how Japanese artists handle it by using clear or white clouds.

Depends on the type of art you'd want.

Personally I'd look around on DA and maybe Tumblr for the foot artists and see whose style catches your eye. Could try non-foot artists too, but the result could be mixed.

BlackProf, Briel7, Kidetic, MeteorReborn, Pawfeather, Redscript, Umojar, and WTFeather are some of the artists whose foot work I like or at least think is all right. Only thing I'll say about Kidetic is that I've heard he is a bit more stringent, if won't take your commission if your idea doesn't interest him.
