Since the new Pokemon game came out, I had a biking route to my local park that I would take everyday to catch Pokemon. Today, I decided to experiment on using a lucky egg and incense simultaneously (2:40-3:10) and got a 100% fail rate in contrast to my usual 70-80% capture rate. Are the effects really negative when stacked or am I just having an unlucky day?
If Lucky Eggs have hidden debuffs I'll be pissed as fuck

If it's literally 100%, it sounds like the game thinks you've been cheating and soft-banned you. Do you GPS-spoof at all?

>actually catching things with your lucky egg
>not cracking one of those eggs and spending all 30 minutes evolving 20+ pidgeys
waste of an egg
I don't GPS spoof at all. Like I said, I take my usual biking routes to the park. Also, this is one of the few times I've actually used my lucky eggs or incense. I tried using both today because I needed an XP boost.

If it is a somehow mistaken soft ban, it'll wear off eventually. The egg is wasted, though. Next time, use an egg for evolutions. You get 500XP per evolution, and another 500XP if it's a new Pokemon. Just save up for a whole bunch of evolutions and use the egg then. Far more efficient than catching, and no chance of wasting it like here.
Can you have infinite lucky eggs with the clock set back exploit? If it works on incense, surely it'll work on the eggs, right?
