I can't find this card online or its value. The only thing that seems special about it is the HP. It's supposed to be HP70, but instead it's HP7000. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
You get that from your local Chinese bargain store?
If so then about 3 pennies for the novelty

Here's the real card. If it was one value wrong, I'd say misprint, but there's so much wrong, it's fake.

Yea, I've seen that card, but I've only seen the card I shared mentioned very rarely. Nothing concrete. Still, the card is real. I just want to discover why it is so fucked up and how it affects it's value.

You've seen it mentioned rarely because it's a fake and not even a particularly interesting type, just a lazy "make number bigger" fake. Heck, you having seen it mentioned at all is a small miracle.
It's a fake in shit condition, so it's worth nothing.

It's not real. The retreat cost has been changed. The required energy for the moves is different. It's not a misprint, it's just a fake card. It has no value.
