Im gonna be playing Black and White again soon as I'm getting the itch to play again and it's the only one I have. How do you guys deal with not having access to online features? Is it worth playing without?
I remember how bummed I was because I had a few Pokemon I couldn't get to their third evolve form because the servers had been taken down

You can still trade with people locally, so you can evolve your Gurdurr by trading it to yourself/a friend and back like always.
Honestly, the net features are not worth mentioning. Dream World was the only good one, which is irrelevant unless you are competitive battling.

Buy another ds and another game. You can trade evolve like that. Either that or use a romhack and an emulator that makes trade evolutions normal evolutions.

I literally have this exact setup. DS Phat still works like a charm, and I can trade between DS games whenever I want. Plus, I have the 3ds xl for the new games, and pokebank + poketransporter.
