Vanilluxe is bad execution and mediocre concept.

A Pokemon like Reuniclus is good concept (cell division) and good execution. Vanilluxe just looks like shit, especially considering the final form is "just stick two Vanillites together" and no I'm not defending Magneton or Dugtrio as good designs fuck you. A design can be clever but that doesn't mean that it's automatically a good design.

You genwunners and hoennbabbies will shit the bed here, but Garbodor is unironically one of the best designs Pokémon has ever had.

It is effectively the third huge "waste" Pokémon, and it is by FAR the most gruesome, and monstrous.

The Gen 1 and 3 counterparts, Muk and Swalot, are fucking terrible designs in comparison. Swalot looks like putty, and Muk is just a pile of shit. Garbodor is a huge bulking fucking trash monster. It's fucking awesome.

Anybody who dislikes Garbodor can go fuck themselves, it's one of the few truly monstrous Pocket MONSTERS.

He's the only one I don't like that I really can't pinpoint exactly what it is that I don't like about him, so I don't know how to fix him.
Actually, it might be because he's bipedal, and therefore looks too different from the thing he's based on.
Also, he has a narrow top, but a fat bottom. So his top half looks like it belongs to a speedy mon, like scyther, and his bottom half belongs to some fat chick.
Maybe that's what it is.

Solid Keldeo challenger among other Pokemon. The anatomy and details of Reshiram are just done wrong.

I do understamd they are supposed to be more "light / fluffier / scruffy" as opposed to Zekrom's severe, imposing and smoother style but it still loolks bad regardless.

I really dislike Gen 5 cover legendaries, only love basic Kyurem for some reason but can see some may dislike its jaw or tail at best but its a quite cool dino and not a humanoid dino, would fit the Sinnoh legends if it has statue like metallic decorations.

Stunfisk is okay, even the fish it is based on is that ugly.

Not only a unique type but also movepool and god like stats for a derpmon. Incredible selection of status spreading attacks and direct status moves. Only wish it was given Dry Skin instead of Limber but Static so far does its job well.

I guess in a way, most Pokemon are supposed to look bad to us adults. To kids, the games' target demographic, most Pokemon are the coolest, most awesome-looking things ever. It doesn't take much to appeal to kids; just make everything bright, flashy, edgy, and cool. Only adults would give the criticism and use the words we use to describe cartoon creatures. Some adults for one reason or another still have that childlike whimsy and imagination and love most designs for what they are. I am one of said adults, although there are still some Pokemon I find ugly.

It actually makes more sense than most pokemon designs.

It adds the removable hat and eyes real moai had that Nosepass lacked.

It is said to always be pointed north, and is compass-themed. Having the big nose pointed north and the mini-noses at the other sides cause it look like a compass when viewed from above.

Its nose is magnetic and only evolves at magnetic locations. This causes iron shards to stick to it's noses like a mustache.

It is honestly a perfect and genius monster design.
