Not one person is going to not play this game because of servers going down as a result of popularity. In fact it justifies the fact they are playing in the first place (if they don't have decades worth of playing, and in that case no justification is necessary).

Are there any Pokestops in your vicinity at all? There are about 5 total in my entire town, and two gyms. I've just been walking 5-7 miles a day for the last 4 days. So far I've found it pretty damn refreshing and have no reason to stop, the egg hatching is great too.

Ingress and Go seem to use the same data and spawn locations, including stops and gyms. Instead of wandering around to collect Pokemon you collect these specks of light. So far it seems that the more of these specks and the denser the group translate into Pokemon spawning locations in Go. yesterday i ran into 2 players who showed me a trick to track pokemon: what you do is you select the pokemon from the nearby list, then hold out your phone in front of you and slowly turn around (do it slow enough so that your character on your phone turns the same way).
