Reminds me of a mega stone sparkle but it looks like a revive or something. Identical to what's inside of the Sun and Moon logos, and identical to that new bracelet your character gets. Probably a new design for mega stones, or something similar. Synchro stones? Cell stones? Revive evolution? I don't know

In the anime Zygarde Cells are invisible to the human eye but I believe are capable of becoming visible when Core uses them to transform. Zygarde Cores are also capable of becoming invisible as a means of escape since they are rather vulnerable in that stage.
