I have no issues with internet connection whatsoever but I keep having GPS Signal problems all the fucking time.

I have my location settings set on high accuracy and I have mock locations disabled in developer options and yet this fucking shit either keeps disconnecting at random or doesn't update for minutes when I move.

Just got back from a walk and found this bad boy by a Walgreens.

Two questions


First, sometimes you can tell the game is just arbitrarily not allowing you to catch a pokemon, and we've all seen it. Regardless of how you throw the ball, it will veer wildly to the left or right as if it was spun. In those situations, what was the best way to economize pokeballs for you? I'm thinking of walking away from pokemon that give me a stream of that, as a 1/0 on the server side is just deciding your not allowed to have the pokemon until you invest another 20 balls or so, pretty scummy.

Secondly, my radar has become non functional, and shows everything at 3 feet away, regardless of where I am. Its been like this, since, I want to say maybe last night, early morning? Is it still like this for anyone else? Is there a fix? restarting the app maybe?

It doesn't matter what team you pick, everyone's equally shitty. As for gyms though, the battle system relies on animations to determine how many hits you land, and whether or not you dodge an attack, so expect shitloads of input lag.

Gym battle systems also heavily favor attacking trainers, so if you manage to take one over, immediately cash in your rewards at the shop because it ain't gonna last for more than an hour most likely.

It was a good productive hour, now I'm getting ready for some quick cycling to go farm the pokestops 'cause I seriously need them pokey-bawls !

That's exactly what I do, but it basically caps me at 10 coins per day, because by the time I make it to another gym my previous one will almost certainly be lost, so the minute I have any gym I have to cash in. They turn over so quickly here. My gym in a fairly out-of-the-way spot in Brooklyn was gone within 15 minutes. And even at friendly gyms, there's never an open slot. They fill up so quickly.

Playing this game in NYC is truly suffering. Well, for this small portion, anyway. For the vast majority of the game, it's pretty great.

I remember that retard. Pokemon Go doesn't have access to your microphone, anyways, so there's no way that's the case. This happens whether I'm indoors or outdoors. But one time today, it was windy and it actually DIDN'T happen. It'll happen to me with 4/5 Great Balls, and it's really pissing me off.
