I live in a fairly rural neighborhood, but there's a neat little shopping district near me that they put in about 6 years ago, and have been building up since. It's got a grocery store, a clothing store, an entire strip of beauty shops, lots of restaurants, and a dentist. The only difference between 2 pokémon you catch at the same level is that low "cp level" pokémon will take fucktons of dust to get to the max.
