I like pic related. I imagine a possible evo to be it growing out of the rag to the point where it becomes a mask on a shadowy body.

I want its real body to grow, but for the Pikachu costume to remain the same size.

Another idea, it would be really creepy if its evolution had a new costume that mimicked a Pokemon trainer instead of a Pokemon (with some design differences depending on whether it's male or female). It could even tie little bags to its waist painted like pokeballs.

Well, not really. To me, it's not a logic preevo. If it's able to be dressed like a Pikachu, why choose a Pichu? It wasn't popular "20 years ago", it that's the real translation of the informations we got.
