If you run the spoofing app as a system app then there is no way to distinguish between your real location and your fake location. The only way they can detect spoofers is by looking for unusual GPS activity. So as long as you don't do anything stupid, it's impossible to detect.

PROTIP: If you're trying to capture a gym and the opposing pokemon stops attacking, don't fucking do anything. Just sit there until it starts up again.

Otherwise, you'll just be buffering up attacks that need to catch up when the server eventually stops shitting itself.

Also, if you think you're suffering the 1hp glitch:
- Stop
- Use your special attack if you've got one
- If not, spam attack until you do have one, then use it
- Wait

Nine times out of ten, that clears everything up. Trust me. It's the middle of the evening where I am, prime time for the servers to shit themselves. Had to restart because of botched captures etc half a dozen times. Can still take gyms because I'm aware of the situation.

Kecleon has an "Ability 2" called False Colors.
