and yellow is for, well, idk actually, i know i went here because i thought it would be boring if all the gyms around me are my teams color already with or without me. now i havent seen a yellow gym in the whole town. that'll change soon enough though.

i just went out and took a gym. btw all my town is blue and some red, not a single yellow gym.
was ready to leave as i see that someone added his pokemon to the gym. i look around and see yellowbro walking at me with his phone in hand grinning at me and aking if i had just taken the gym. he even wore a yellow tshirt.

i got told its a good idea to put weak pokes in gyms so you can then train the prestigue up and put more in. but i can't put my own, right? only other yellowbros? because they are really sparse here in my town, maybe it would be a better bet to put my biggest mon in? btw do you get exp for trainings fights?

Guys I need advice, team instinct bro here.

There is one gym near my area and it is constantly switching between Valor and Mystic so I have assumed I am the only Instinct local. Their pokemon are usually much higher CP than mine but now the gym only has one trainer posted pic related.

Is it possible for me to beat this guy with three 331 CP pokés?
