I caught a Magmar at 2 am last night and just now a fucking Charmander and Clefairy had me on a wild goose chase for 10 minutes before they both decided to disappear.

I'd say everything before special is variable, I've never seen an oddish, ghastly or drowzee and have only seen one weedle but have rhyhorns, cubones, geodudes and ponytas everywhere. In Adelaide, Australia.

Caught him while out searching for a Snorlax a friend saw on his radar at his house at 2 AM. We lost the Snorlax but this guy popped up not long after.

Pretty upset with the CP, youd think level 13 would give a bit more but I guess I got unlucky there.
