Are there any notable correlations between the kind of area of a city/town you're in and what Pokemon will appear? I've seen water types around lakes and rivers, but besides that nothing has stood out.

What about for universities, parks, schools, roads, fields, that sort of thing? Does the game use Google Maps-esque information to determine what areas have what kinds of Pokemon?
