How do I know what level is high enough before I start pouring stardust or candies into a pokemon? Say something like a Pidgey or Rattata? When do I evolve it also? Do any of them come with different moves?

I just drove around my neighborhood for about 30 minutes trying to find a Meowth that was supposed to be close by. At one point it was down to one footprint but then it disappeared and when it popped back up it had three again. I went up and down every street I could and I'm actually a little mad that I couldn't find it.

Found a sweet spot with 3 pokestops and a gym. Had about 20 people hanging out and keeping all 3 stops charged with lures. Ran into way more people then I expected, and only 1 kid.

Been having trouble taking gyms that use the full team format, I can get to the last guy then he just stops taking damage. Once I kept at it for 20min, and it eventually finished, I assume its a server lag issue.

Me and my friends have been having a blast with this game, I cant wait for the planned features.

I live in NYC, when ever I walk outside, the game gives me that bullshit server overload message, the game works perfectly fine while inside my apartment, but the moment I go down the block the little white pokeball in the top left comes up and never stops spinning. I tried disabling wifi when I go outside so it can run purely off my mobile data, but still the same shit... Why is everyone else allowed to play and progress while I'm always handed this "server overloaded" bullshit? I wake up every fucking morning to see players advancing at least 6 levels, so it's obvious the game is working fine for them... Any help? I have a samsung galaxy note 5.
