You can get it by making an australian itunes account. just make sure you're logged out of your itunes account. i clicked on a link to the app in the itunes store and was prompted to make a new Apple ID. It doesn't require you to put in any payment info since the game is free, just use a random billing address (australian of course. I used the address of a McDonalds).

I'm not sure about most other android phones, but if you click on it after it's downloaded from your little drop down menu from the top of the screen, it'll prompt you again about it being potentially dangerous to install yadda yadda yadda and then tell you about what the app permissions are.

It might also be that you have to allow app installation from unknown sources. I believe there's a setting somewhere like "imput" or "controls" or something like that. I think Amazon had a guide to it for installing their Amaazon Underground app/their special app store app, you might want to check that out if you can't find where it's at on your phone.

This is essentially like the Pokemon Bank fiasco. They want to set it up in smaller areas first before releasing it worldwide (or at least to EU/NA) because other countries are much smaller. It's a simple scaling tactic so that the game doesn't get too much stress right out of the gate.

If you don't already, you might want to get a "kill apps" ..uh app. There's one that has a little icon of a droid, Advanced Task Killer. I've been using it since my first droid and it kills all the apps running (including shit like background apps, especially those fucking ones that are preinstalled in your phone)

Catching Pokemon yielded the most, I think you get like 50 EXP when you access a Pokespot. Presumably you'd get more for beating gyms and stuff too.
