Well... yes, duh. The designs are fantastic, the movepool is great, the versatility is awesome.

It just sucks that no sets really work apart from choice specs, and even then it can't really be used as a weather setter.

Also, no sandstorm form. Everything else is fine with sandstorm, but giving castform a form to match would just be too OP.

I always assumed it was to do with moisture, since Castform is a cloud.

Sandstorm is completely dry. Castform couldn't transform into rock granules, since all its transformations are based on restructuring the moisture in its body, as well as manipulating moisture around it.
