Is it matter to level up your pokemon to max before evolving or evolve it right away?

Why didn't they include proper battles?

Space issue? Seems like it'd make the game a lot more fun if you could actually fight, get exp, battle your friends and such.

What is with these pokestops

I'm probably just retarded, but how exactly to you track Pokemon on your nearby list? I get that the fewer footprints the closer, but what about other things? Does the pulsing from the icon at the bottom right increase when you get closer? I've had that get pretty fast but not get any less track marks. What about the grass that shoots up occasionally? Ive investigated a close one a few times, always in the same spot, with no results.

For example if a 40 CP Rattata and 80 CP Rattata both evolve, the 80 CP one will end up with more CP. Not too sure how it scales though

Why does the AR not work? I'm assuming all these "Can't detect camera orientation" things are just first day issues/bugs. Also I'm not directly in front or that close to the pokemon that show up near me when I battle them so I would assume that's why AR doesn't seem to work

Having trouble installing the apk. I usually use Easy Installer but the apk doesn't show up there, so I installed a file manager but when I try to install the apk there it gives me "analysis error".

Really depends where you live. Here in Providencia (Santiago) it's safe on the day and night is also ok in most parks. If you live down Plaza Italia, don't try to walk around with your phne in the night, you ll be asking for it to get stolen.

Yeah they do. I evolved a low CP Zubat because it had better mvoes than my higher CP Zubat, only to have it's move re-randomize when it evolved.

So getting the attacks you want is just RNG upon evolution/capture.
