Yeah, I figured that part out, but the smaller the circle the harder it is to hit as well. It took tons of tries of missing before I realized this. I kept missing and I couldn't understand why, I got the circle too small. It's just so damn convoluted and not immediately noticeable.

The game needs a popup tutorial guide telling you how to do things the first time you do them. And I usually hate that type of thing, but the game is insanely cryptic. It desperately needs an explanation.

There's PokeStops where you can visit and receive 3 random items. I visited 2 and only got PokeBalls from each.
