I find the fact that Arcanine's Fire move is Ember to be more egregious. Rhydon knowing Tail Whip and Leer, along with having no Ground or Rock moves, is worse too. Exeggutor having no damage-dealing Grass or Psychic attacks also bothers me more than its utilizing only three moves.

At least Alakazam, Blastoise and Pidgeot are okay.
