These are the Serebii comics, right?
Even ten years ago I thought these were pretty lame.

In short: not that good.

Constructive feedback:
You take too long (too many panels) to get your point across. You over explain the "joke" to a point where it's no longer funny--though the content you try to make funny isn't for anyone who has played Pokemon for more than one generation. Hanging a lantern (illuminating and poking fun at) on tropes of the franchise can work but the delivery is off in these comics. It's like a stand up comedian who has a funny joke but can't get the timing right.

Still, there's an over-reliance on wink wink nudge nudge pokémon jokes, memes, and other references (R. Kelly song).

Your panel layouts aren't bad. I've seen far worse. I'd suggest trying to tighten the focus of your comics so things flow better. Don't be afraid if you need "two pages" to get the point across if it needs to be longer.

No point in critiquing your art. It's your style, do with it as you please. Though do watch your proportions, light sources, and keep things consistent.

I do suggest looking at Scott McCloud's MAKING COMICS and UNDERSTANDING COMICS. Both are great tools for seasoned and amateur comic creators.
