I would say their physiology is too different for this to be likely. Dunsparce's abilities would also have to completely change, and it doesn't get Dragon Breath at the moment, which was fratured in Drampa's reveal. Not to mention the concept of Dunsparce is based on a Tsuchinoko, not some kind if dragon.

I'd say all of the evidence points against your theory ot the moment.
