Base Sonic is unfortunately the one with most of the speed feats, best we can do for Super is scale to likely some degree of FTL, given how Super Sonic Boost is literally just ramming the enemy at full speed and it's still a good deal stronger than Light Speed Attack (and how all his stats are massively buffed of course). Super Sonic does have some nice power feats though, the Chaos Emeralds contain power on a planetary level (Advance 3, Unleashed), and SS uses their full power. In relation to the OP, space-time manipulation on that scale is way above Mewtwo, giving Shadow another reason to have beaten him.
