Trying to figure out the good endings was fine, but the trick endings were super interesting to get to. Plus you get so much free stuff.

In fact you could even combine it with X/Y's PR Studios so you can attach a movie trailer to your Trainer ID for people to view.

PokeStar was basically a proper Facility itself. It was just a framing for puzzle battles.

BW2 didn't have a Frontier, but between the Subway, PokeStar, PWT's various modes, and Treehollow/Skyscraper it's got about as much of that sort of content.

Ok Imma' lay it the fuck down for you guys.

PokéStar Studios is better and more rewarding than any side game Pokémon has ever had.

At a first glance, I can see the frustration. It's wordy. It spoonfeeds you what to do in the script. It's easy, and seemingly all you get for 10 minutes of your time is some Lemonades.

WELL MOTHERFUCKER, STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING, BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT DONE YET.

The more movie scripts you successfully do, the more you unlock, each getting harder and harder. Eventually, the Scripts start to becoming little more than vague fucking hints, and you effectively realize that you're learning to play an entire other game. Like each Movie you make is it's own meta, and you are racing against time to crack the puzzle to beat it. Sure, it can be a little tedious, but the rewards start getting better.

The more movies you make, the more fans you get in your lobby. Prior to the Elite 4, you should be able to unlock the first 22 movies, and completing them successfully earned me;

>Fresh Water x3

And this is all before you've even left fucking Virbank. A brilliant start to the game that took just a few hours of my time. Then all you have to do if finish the last few movies you get Post-Game, and bam, Star for your Trainer Card!

On top of that, you can go for Strange Endings, in which you can warp the events of the script to create original movies. If you manage to create a successful Strange Ending while using your own Pokémon, that Pokémon will receive a special entry sparkle animation, similar to Shiny Pokémon. FUCK YO CONTEST RIBBONS NIGGA.

To this day, PokéStar Studios (and I guess as a runner-up, PokéAthlon) are the ONLY good Pokémon Side Games, with the only proper rewards, and I will not hear anything else about it.

It's generally accepted that B2/W2 have the most longevity and content in the entire franchise. HG/SS is the only one that can really maybe be debated against that.

Finding alternate endings was so much fun

The first stories (like the first one that you must try) are kinda boring, but it becomes much more interesting later, I love the ones like the Robot that gains life and the Pokemon world where bugs catch humans and uses them in battle.

Agreed. Did it for the first time on my last playthrough, and i was amazed how many items you get for it. Great start to the game. BW2 are imo the best games in the main series - so much content! Movie Star, treasure hunting under water, mall manager, dating simulator, world tournament and Black tower!

Christ, most battle facilities are fucking worthless. You can go online and get a much better experience than battling a string of randos with shit AI. Things like the Pokéathlon and Pokéstar Studios are much more interesting and feel a lot more rewarding.

The only worthwhile ones were the Frontier and the PWT, and that's only because they had either interesting gimmicks, in Frontier's case, or pure fanservice for longtime fans in PWT's case. And even then, I was already pretty sick of the Frontier by the time Platinum rolled around.
