I hope this guy would get Agility on it's movepool. SubPetaya would be scary as Berserk would give it a Nasty Plot-equivalent boost on it's special attacks.

Depending on the stats this thing might be really really threatening. I can see bulky sets with weakness policy, sub/sitrus, and so on. I hope he gets a good movepool because normal/dragon offers somewhat shitty coverage, but it's a dragon we're talking about, he'll have at least a fire type move.
