You will have to collect Zygarde Cores and Cells throughout Alola to be able to use the Core/s as an item to change Zygarde's ability to Power Construct. Either this, or you get a Zygarde in S/M already with the ability.

You'll probably get a single core as a handout at some point in the game. Once you get a certain amount of cells you'll be able to combine them with the core to get the dog, once you get all the cores and cells it'll probably change aura break to power construct on that game's zygarde, gen 6 transfers will be stuck with aura break
