Just happened to me right now ! After 17 years of playing Pokémon, it's amazing, I still discover new stuff !

For those who are as lost as I was, this is a glitch called acid rain. In fact, the cause of this madness wasn't having 3 Pokémon with Intimidate but having KO'd Dusknoir with Pursuit when it was switching while the TR was in effect.
