Jynx loses no matter what to either Buzz or Magmar, but especially so to Magmar.

so lets calculate between the 2:

252+ SpA Electabuzz Thunder vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Magmar: 121-144 (44.4 - 52.9%) -- 25.8% chance to 2HKO

252+ SpA Magmar Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Eviolite Electabuzz: 127-150 (46.6 - 55.1%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO

Electabuzz has the SLIGHT advantage of being faster (105 SPE to Magmar's 93), but if Magmar can avoid the 2HKO, he wins.

Funny how neither of them get access to Ground or Rock coverage until they're fully evolved. In that case, Electivire almost always beats Magmortar 1v1.

Either way, Jynx loses to both Electabuzz (Fire Punch 2HKO, faster) and Magmar (any Fire STAB OHKO). Electabuzz wins against Magmar purely because of higher speed.
