Wouldn't this be the time to introduce more of those moves though? I mean, I know the typing isn't exactly known for being special attack based, more on physical moves, but is it that out of ordinary for them to make new moves that aren't physical for once?

If there's a type that needs more special moves, it's rock, not fighting. Focus miss is already really good in both power and distribution, so they probably wouldn't make a move that could top it anyway.
