At level 2, it's Tackle did 1 damage to a level 7 Popplio. At level 4 it's Tackle did 3 damage to a level 8 Popplio. Does that say anything about it's likely stats?

Idk why you guys suddenly think it's gonna be shit or a weak regional mammal. Diggersby was pretty beast with its ability, last gen's regional mons were pretty OP in some aspects, especially Talonflame.

/vp/ doesn't know anything about competitive theory. A bunch of idiots thought Mega Sableye would be a shitmon just because they thought Magic Bounce was worse than Prankster. Abilities are only as good as the stats they synergize with.

Yungoos will almost certainly have a rat for a counterpart, since that's why mongooses were brought to Hawaii in the first place. Question is whether it'll be a new rat (the region's pikaclone) or if it'll just be Rattata, since we've seen a couple other past gen mons in it already.
