Its abilities are Magician and Magic Guard, and it has a Special Psychic type signature move called Magic Vial where it chucks a potion-like projectile on the enemy, deals little damage (about 60 BST) and has a different effect depending on the target's stats:
If attack is the target's highest stat, it inflicts Burn.
If defense, the move has doubled base power.
If special attack, it inflicts damage using the target's special attack (similar to Foul Play).
If special defense, it deals Physical damage and has doubled base power.
If HP, it inflicts bad poison.
If Speed, it inflicts Paralysis.
